任职资格：

Qualifications

1.本科或以上学历，英语或英语教育专业（师范类英语专业优先），英语专业八级，读写说流利，特别要求语音过关，语音不好者勿投Bachelor's degree or above English or English Education (Major normal university English major priority)English major TEM-8 fluent in reading and writing and speaking requirements for pronunciation is especially required.

2.1-3年以上英语教学经验；有同行业英语培训中心工作者优先(1-3 years of English teaching experience; previous teaching experience in English training center is preferred.)

3. 精通英语教学方法，擅用肢体语言，授课生动活泼，热爱教育事业，愿意长期致力于教育工作( Proficient in English teaching methods using body language teaching lively loving education and willing to work hard for a longtime.)

4.有较强的业务水平、组织教学能力和良好的应变能力( Strong business level and teaching ability as well as good adapt ability. )

5.语言表达能力强，个性开朗，善于与孩子及家长沟通、交流( Strong language expression cheerful personality good

at communicating with children and parents. )

6.具有爱心、耐心、责任心、团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳精神(Be loving patient responsible and have teamwork and

hardworking spirit. )

7.能力优秀的应届毕业生可适当放宽条件（Outstanding ability graduates that can be secondary qualifications)
